Order
After registration, which will take a couple of minutes of your time, you can start choosing items of your interest by pressing the following buttons:
“Pre-order” – means that specific item is currently not available (in most of the cases not even produced), but it gives you an opportunity to pre-order it in advance.
“Order” – means that specific item is not available at our warehouse and needs to be shipped first from our supplier's warehouse
“Buy” – means that specific item is available on the spot and can be picked up or shipped from our warehouse immediately.
Payment
We don’t require prepayment. We rely on our customer’s honesty and commitment to effect payments after any specific model is ready for a pick-up.
For customers that reside in Moscow, payments can be made at the time of delivery of specific item to the buyer. For those people who don’t reside in Moscow, payments can be made by using “money order” service.
We accept currency that is specified in the catalog or the equivalent in rubles (excluding exchange rate ex Central bank of Russia) on the day of completion of specific order.
Delivery
Delivery in Moscow and Moscow region is performed as per following::
- By personnel meeting;
- By Gett Delivery
- By mail delivery via Russian Post
Delivery within Russia and abroad is performed as per following:
- By mail delivery via Russian Post;
- By mail delivery via courier (CDEK, DHL, TNT or Fedex).

* The price of each model, which is listed on the website, covers delivery within Moscow.
** Shipping to other cities of Russian Federation or countries is separately paid by the customer according to the tariffs of the Russian Post or courier services.
